America's coastal ecosystems are among the most delicate, and Corolla is home to a unique herd of approximately 150 wild horses. It stands at a crossroads between preserving environmental diversity and allowing unchecked development. The documentary showcases a community grappling with its identity and the duties of stewardship.



Olivia Jackson is a cinematographer and documentary director currently residing in Savannah, GA. She graduated in May with a B.F.A. in Film and Television from the Savannah College of Art and Design. This is her first completed documentary, a project that holds great significance for her. Growing up in New Jersey, Olivia has always cherished nature, and her family's annual vacations to OBX sparked her interest in collaborating with the Corolla Wild Horse Fund to narrate the story of Corolla's 'Banker' horses.
